Appointed as a Director in 2014, Sandra is a graduate and member of AICD with 15 years' experience in leadership within a community-based organisation with services in areas of education, health and aged care, disability support, and family and refugee support. Sandra brings skills in leadership, strategic organisational management and planning to her role on the Mangrove Housing Board. Sandra was appointed Chair of Mangrove Housing Ltd in 2022.
Sandra Lupi
Marie joined the Mangrove Housing Ltd Board in December 2020 and is the Managing Director of loans.com.au, one of Australia’s largest online lenders. Marie launched loans.com.au in 2011 with the support of wholesale funder Firstmac. With the success and rapid growth of loans.com.au, Marie has been instrumental in changing the way Australians apply for home loans and car loans by moving them online and away from traditional bricks and mortar banks.
Marie Mortimer
Loucas is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner in the audit team at BDO in Brisbane with over 14 years’ accounting experience working with large private local and international companies and small to medium listed entities across a number of industries with specific expertise in the real estate and construction sector. Loucas was appointed to the Board of Mangrove Housing Ltd in July of 2021 and also currently chairs the Board’s Finance and Risk Committee.
Loucas Mylonas
Elissa joined the Mangrove Housing Ltd Board in October 2021. She has over 20 years experience in professional services roles in the UK and in Australia, and brings indepth experience and expertise across the governance, strategy, legal, financial services, and government administration fields. More recently, Elissa has worked with for-purpose organisations, and is currently providing specialised governance consultancy services. She is also the Company Secretary of an Independent School in south-east Queensland.
Elissa Pearse
Laurence is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, with more than 30 years of practising law. He has practised extensively in corporate law, property law and contract law. Laurence has also worked extensively as the Property Director for the Sisters of Mercy undertaking large scale subdivision projects, joint ventures, major residential developments and renovation projects. He is Company Secretary of Mater Misericordiae Ltd, Mater Education Ltd , Mater Research Ltd and the Mater Foundation.
Laurence Rogencamp
Colin has served as a teacher and principal in primary and secondary schools throughout Queensland for 20 years, and later as Inspector, Regional Director of Education and Senior Officer in Education Queensland Head Office. He undertook a Churchill Fellowship in Rural and Remote Education. In retirement Colin was the State Coordinator, Let’s Read Program, The Smith Family as well as serving as Project Officer in the Torres Strait and various Aboriginal communities in Queensland.

Teresa has a personal and professional commitment to helping people experiencing homelessness to live with dignity. This passion is reflected in her accomplished career within human services fields including not-for-profits, housing, and state and federal government employment, disability and community agencies.
Teresa is currently the CEO of Mangrove Housing Limited, a community housing provider with over 775 properties across the south east corner of Queensland. Since joining Mangrove Housing Teresa has founded two subsidiary companies, Mangrove Maintenance & Cleaning and Mangrove Realty, and has launched the charity initiative The Forgotten Women, which raises funds and awareness to help homeless women aged 55+.
Teresa is also a founding director of the Jack Reed Foundation, a recipient of Dignity First funding for the successful project ‘1000 Haircuts for the Homeless’. The Jack Reed Foundation’s latest initiative is ’99 New Beginnings’, offering apprenticeships to disadvantaged and at-risk youth.
Rarely sitting still, Teresa is also a Board member of QShelter and is completing her MBA, to add to her existing educational qualifications of a Masters Human Services and a Bachelor of Health and Behavioural Science (Psychology). In her downtime Teresa spends time with her family and works on her fitness.
