do you have a property or land that you want to donate?

Donating a property or piece of land to The Forgotten Women can be a deeply meaningful way to create lasting impact, while also offering practical advantages.

A property donation allows you to transform an asset into a powerful legacy, directly helping provide safe, secure housing for older women. For many donors, this brings the satisfaction of knowing their property will continue to do good long into the future.

Property or land donations may also offer tax and estate‑planning benefits, including potential capital gains tax advantages or reductions in estate administration complexity, depending on individual circumstances and professional advice.

Just as importantly, you gain the reassurance that your gift is being stewarded responsibly by a registered not‑for‑profit housing provider, delivering tangible outcomes within the community.

Above all, donating property is a way to align what you have built in your lifetime with the values that matter most, dignity, security, and care for those who need it most.

As a Not-For-Profit with DGR status, a range of tax incentives may apply to your donation to the Forgotten Women project.  Further information can be found via the ATO and your accountant.
