National Women in Construction Luncheon

original

We were thrilled and deeply honoured to be part of an unforgettable afternoon at the sold-out NAWIC Qld International Women’s Day event, held at the prestigious Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on the 8th March. It was an occasion filled with inspiration, empowerment, and a strong sense of camaraderie as women came together to support one another under the powerful theme 'count her in'.

The event featured remarkable speakers, including Jamila Rizvi and Shannon Fentiman MP, whose words left a lasting impression on all attendees. Their insightful talks delved into the importance of women supporting one another and the need to include every woman's voice in our collective journey towards progress.

We are immensely grateful to Nawic Qld for extending an invitation to us and providing a platform to shed light on the pressing issue of homelessness among women over 55. By raising awareness at events like these, we take significant strides towards addressing this growing problem and advocating for change.
